Abintegro is delighted to announce the launch of its new online Interview Simulator, designed to help people secure work by preparing effectively for job interviews.
The interactive, multi-media simulator that has been in development for three years, enables people to take a full interview simulation designed to be as close as possible to their upcoming job interview. Potential candidates can practice their interview technique by answering 100s of questions developed in consultation with some of the UK’s leading employers and record their answers in video, audio or written format. They can then compare their responses with the ideal answers given by hiring managers. This enables candidates to gain an insight into the kind of questions they are likely to be asked and then formulate a winning reply relevant to the role.
In developing the simulator, Abintegro has conducted interviews with hundreds of hiring managers at some of the UK’s biggest employers in both the private and public sector. Users can call on the knowledge of employment professionals with 1000 years’ combined interviewing experience to help them gain employment.
Companies involved in the simulator include Nokia, Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, Homeserve, LexisNexis and The London Stock Exchange.
The simulator is designed for use by universities, welfare providers, outplacement firms, recruitment companies and public sector organisations that work with graduates and job seekers to help them secure employment. The simulator is sold white labelled so universities and employment agencies can integrate it as part of their organisation. In addition, the simulator is ‘Plug & Play’ so it can be easily added to a company’s existing website.
Speaking at the product launch, Tony Heard, Founder and Managing Director of Abintegro said:
“For almost all of us, the interview stage is the hardest part of securing a job. Candidates can easily become stressed and panic, giving the wrong answer or creating a bad impression, preventing them from landing the job.
With competition for jobs becoming increasingly fierce, it is vital that candidates do not do this and find a way to create a good impression which helps them stand out from the competition. The simulator allows universities and employment agencies to give their candidates the opportunity to practice their interview technique which has been shown to greatly improve their chances of getting the job. We are delighted that so many top employers have worked with us on this and provided their expertise to help people gain employment in these difficult economic times.”
