The University of Exeter was keen to explore ways to achieve the highest possible levels of student engagement in their Career Centre. Through utilising Access Career Development’s Sprint Email Programme, the university managed to significantly impact the number of student users, the level of engagement, as well as greater usage of higher impact employability tools in their Career Centre.
This was achieved by:
- Creating a 12-week email programme, sent weekly asking students to work on one attribute
- Utilising a selection of the pre-written Access Career Development emails based on self-awareness, CVs, interview and assessment centres
- Email sent on consecutive Thursdays through their email system. Each email contained one direct link to the specific tool
