Following the extension to the Graduate Outcome Survey from 6 months to 15 months, The University of Northampton was particularly keen to explore ways to increase alumni registration and engagement. A two-pronged approach was taken involving the following initiatives:
- Using Career Centre’s Social Login via LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and Microsoft to make it easier for alumni to access ongoing employability and career support
- Cloning the university’s undergraduate portal to support graduates and align the university’s lifetime career support offer
